マレーシア産の最高級ドリアン「猫山王（Musang King ムーサンキング）」を使ったアイスクリームです。
 
ムーサンキングの特徴であるカスタードのようなリッチな風味。そこに香り豊かなココナッツミルクを組み合わせることで、濃厚でクリーミー、ほおばるごとに豊かな余韻が口いっぱいに広がります。
 
レシピ監修は、駐日ローマ教皇庁大使のフードアドバイザーを任されたこともあるイタリア料理の久保脇シェフ。半年の開発期間を経てレシピを作り上げ、現在は日本の小さなアイスクリーム工場でひとつずつ丁寧に生産されています。
 
気になるドリアン特有の匂いは、クンクンと鼻を近づけて嗅げば、たしかにドリアン。でも冷たい状態ではドリアンの匂いが比較的おさえられるため、クサイ感じはなく、ドリアン初心者の方でも食べやすい商品です。
