Sambal: 150g/¥500

Sambal is a chili based authentic Malaysian seasoning with fermented shrimp paste in.
Spicy and hot. As it's quite addictive, there's been a number of voices asking for frozen and easy-to- cook one. We heard you and here it is.

You can add to any of your favourite dishes as well as other Malaysian ones such as Nasi Lemak or Otak Otak . Can be used as seasoning for fried veges or rice. Another idea is to add it to curry for deeper and richer flavour.

You are advised to store it in a bottle once boiled. Good for about 2 weeks. Frozen, it will last as long as a month.
